7 Years ago we were left high and dry part way through a new build by a bank. They cancelled our loan on the build of the house which left us in a fairly dire position.  We had a mortgage on the land but couldn’t get the loan on the build. We met David and he approached all of the other banks and financial institutions on our behalf and managed to secure the finance to take over the land mortgage and complete the new build. This was a complex financial arrangement and well beyond our expertise and without David’s help, we would have been in trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending David. He got us out of a difficult situation and went beyond the call of duty as a financial adviser.
